Annual HOA Fees
Billed once a year for All Home Owners in December and Due the following January 1st.
You will be charged late fees and/or interest for any unpaid annual dues 30 days after the due date. You will receive an email from our Management Company with your assessment only.
If you do not receive an email, please contact them to update your account. You will only receive a postal letter if you are past due. You can access your account through the AMS Portal.
The Annual HOA Fees pay for the Maintenance and Repair of Common Area Properties which include electricity, water and landscaping, repair of fences, wetland maintenance, trail maintenance, various retaining walls, entrance monument, bridges and Community Management.
Landscape Maintenance Fees
Billed twice a year for All Cottage Homeowners only, once in December and are Due the following year January 1st and again in June and are Due July 1st.

The Maintenance Fees pay for the maintenance of the street facing yards of Cottage Homes, Original Plant and Tree replacement and care, lawn care, mow and trim, repairs to sprinkler system and water for the sprinkler system.
