This does NOT affect your Owner Portal account on the AMS-NW web site.  This information is managed by AMS-NW and you can continue to login to this site for our Management Company to get important information and services about your account.

A new updated and more current mobile interface has been implemented.  You can view the Arbor Ridge web site on your mobile device and access the same pages and sections as the full version.  We hope you enjoy it.

A while back it was announced that an additional swing set and play structures were being added to the main park in our community.  Construction is starting and fences are going up around the areas of the park to keep kids safe from entering the construction zones.  You may refer to the original article for more information.

George W. Otten Park – Swing Set Installation

George W. Otten Park will be receiving a new swing set.  The new equipment will be added near the existing play area.  Budget permitting, additional improvements such as concrete curbing for containment of the wood fiber safety surfacing may be included.
