Many of you have emailed and inquired on the main entrance monument that was knocked down. After several months of litigation between the insurance companies of the two vehicles involved in the accident we have finally received compensation from them and contracted a contractor to replace the monument.

Construction has been delayed due to the recent snow and now the rain that is coming. There needs to be several days of dry weather and moderate temperatures to do the brick work needed.

A new Landscape Committee has been formed. This Committee will help manage the Landscape company with proper care of the common areas and the Cottage Maintenance program.

They will also provide feedback to the board on these areas if action needs to be taken by the board or management company.
