- EXECUTIVE SESSION – Board went into Executive Session to discuss Accounts in Collections – after coming out of Executive Session, the Board approved a motion to send all 6 accounts noted in the AMS report/email to collections attorney Vial Fotheringham, as recommended by AMS
- OPEN FORUM – comments received regarding dead arborvitae on Laidlaw at 4232 Diamondback. AMS will ask Pacific Landscape to prepare a bid for replacing dead arborvitae
